By 2030, there will be hundreds of billions of data-spouting devices connected to the Internet. Internet of things are changing how we live, work and drive in the near future world. Connect everything together in the future, a man can easily control every device at home from electric appliances, alarm system to transportation and work, heath care in a simple way.
AUGMENTED REALITY
Augmented reality will become a very important way for user experience and interface in the future. The primary value of augmented reality is that it brings components of the digital world into a person's perception of the real world, and does so not as a simple display of data, but through the integration of immersive sensations that are perceived as natural parts of an environment. Augmented reality is for the kid in human, the one who still imagines. It is also for the adult, the practical one who needs to get through life, who needs to do more with less.
AUTONOMY & CAR SHARING
Google is pushing for driverless cars in the future. By introducing autonomous cars on roads, cars which can compute faster than a hundred sober minds combined, road-related accidents may see a significant drop. Driverless cars will also significantly help those who do not have the capacity to drive, either because of health reasons, disabilities or old age. The autonomous tech also brings car sharing possible in the future.
CONCEPT SYNOPSIS
Based on the Google IoT in 2030, the goal is to build a series of Google lifestyle products including the wearable device, smart sneaker, personal vehicle and self-driving shared car.
MARKET ANALYSIS
The 4 seater sharing Google self-driving car is an electric vehicle with a battery platform. The autonomous vehicle has 4 single lounge seats for 4 passengers. A 4 seater design is flexible for future car sharing environment.
