Based on the research from CARLAB for 2030 SUBARU vehicles, the advanced 2030 SUBARU VIZIV interior concept is inspired by four essential elements, which are: macro trend, automotive trend, brand, and people. Population, lifestyle, new technologies, and environments of macro trends in 2030 affect the design. Also, automotive trends like utility domination, autonomy is critical. Buyers with sometimes extreme lifestyle are still the key brand values for the future SUBARU. A flexible, compact outdoor interior inspired from 2030 trends can be a truly competitive vehicle concept.

A proper compact crossover within the SUBARU brand will be more impactful to consumers. In urbanized 2030, GEN Y looks for off-road and multitasking vehicles. A rugged city crossover can be a competitive model for SUBARU.

Use the Parametric architecture as the inspiration; the innovative framework is the primary design point for this SUBARU VIZIV E interior. The modular stack system makes excellent flexibility for the drivers and passengers in different stages. The larger rear space also brings comfort for the autonomous driving. The autonomous off-road interior gives SUBARU a desirable potential for the future vehicles. Also, a rotatable front seat brings the autonomous vehicle some different modes with great flexibility.
